This online, searchable database provides detailed information specifically for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, their families and service providers. Parents, professionals and clients have come together to form regional advisory groups to inform the development and presentation of the data bases, evaluate their effectiveness and use and promote the service.

Clicking on a county from the list provided or on the map will bring you to the I/DD data base for your region. There you can find information on community awareness, counseling, daily living, education, employment, health, in-home, life planning, recreation, residential, respite and other services. These data bases are included the general 2-1-1 website where information on a broader set of services can be found.

In New York City, users will be directed to the general 311/211 web site and data bases of services.

This is a service of 2-1-1 New York in partnership with regional 2-1-1 lead organizations and other partners across New York State, made available through funding from the NYS Developmental Disabilities Planning Council.
